IT help desk is a software platform that helps users solve their problems through a single (or multiple) point of contact. IT help desks allow employees and IT team members to troubleshoot problems, track their issues, and get assistance regarding products, services, or processes.

IT Support skills:
1. Installing new technologies and teaching end users how to operate them
2. Providing remote technical support via internet or phone
3. Backing up and restoring files
4. Maintaining operating systems by repairing hardware and configuring software
5. Installing and troubleshoot output devices such ( scanner, printer, ip phones and etc.)
